Sales Manager
Salary: £40,000 basic & OTE £65,000
Location: Manchester City Centre
Maxwell Bond have partnered with a fast-growing financial services organisation, who are looking to add experienced Sales Managers to their growing leadership team.
With ambitious plans for further growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-volume sales environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on team performance, develop your people and progress your career.
This role sits within a high-volume sales environment, leading a team of 10-15 salespeople, driving performance through data, coaching and commercial insight.

- Lead, coach and develop a high-volume sales team, taking ownership of performance, development and day-to-day results.
- Use live performance data to identify opportunities, drive commercial performance and ensure your team is set up for success.
- Deliver regular 1:1s, coaching and training, whilst managing KPIs across sales, product performance, compliance and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For as Sales Manager:
- Proven experience managing a high-volume sales team, ideally within a contact centre environment.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, performance data and commercial targets, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- A hands-on coaching approach, with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
