Sales & Marketing Manager Trainee
Liverpool | Full-Time | On Site

Lumen Partners is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Liverpool.
You'll gain hands-on experience working with nationally recognised brands, developing practical skills across customer engagement, sales, brand representation, and campaign performance.

The Role
- Representing client brands through customer-facing campaigns
- Engaging with customers and creating positive brand experiences
- Understanding customer needs and buying behaviour
- Communicating products and services effectively
- Developing sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Supporting customer acquisition and campaign objectives
- Contributing customer insights to improve campaign performance
- Learn to manage and lead teams to meet clients' KPI's
