We're working with a growing serviced office provider operating two exceptional buildings in Bristol, looking to appoint a Sales Manager who can drive occupancy, build lasting client relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the sales process across both Bristol locations, managing enquiries from first contact through to move-in while developing strong relationships with local businesses, brokers and commercial agents.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to signed agreement.
- Conducting engaging building tours and showcasing the workspace.
- Building relationships with local businesses and referral partners.
- Maximising occupancy and revenue opportunities.
- Negotiating licence agreements and commercial terms.
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintaining accurate sales reporting and CRM records.
- Identifying opportunities to grow the local business community and increase referrals.

Ideal backgrounds include:
- Serviced Offices / Flexible Workspace

You'll likely have:
- Experience in a consultative sales or business development role.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- A genuine passion for delivering first-class customer experiences.
