About The Role

Uber Health & Transit is transforming access to healthcare and public transportation by connecting organisations with Uber's mobility platform to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient transportation solutions.

As the Sales Manager, UK - Health & Transit, you will lead a high-performing commercial team responsible for driving both new customer acquisition and customer growth across the UK and Ireland. Leading a team of Sales & Partnerships Managers, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and scaling Uber Health & Transit across healthcare organisations, local authorities, transport providers, insurers, and other regulated sectors.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on building team performance, developing go-to-market strategy, and creating a customer-obsessed sales organisation. Your team will operate in a consultative, solution-led sales environment, often managing complex procurement and tender-led sales cycles. You will work closely with Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and the Bids & Proposals team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales & Partnerships Managers to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings, ARR, and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top commercial talent while fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Define and execute the UK & Ireland Health & Transit go-to-market strategy across both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing customers.
  • Drive growth across Uber Health & Transit by developing sales strategies for healthcare, social care, local government, public transport, insurers, and other regulated sectors.
  • Ensure the team builds, manages, and closes a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, partnerships, and participation in public and private sector procurement opportunities.
  • Support the team in navigating complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, formal procurement processes, and competitive tender responses.
  • Partner closely with the Bids & Proposals team to maximise win rates and deliver high-quality commercial responses.
  • Build executive-level relationships with NHS organisations, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), local authorities, transport authorities, transport operators, and enterprise customers to position Uber as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Establish scalable sales processes, account segmentation, territory planning, and sales playbooks that improve productivity, pipeline generation, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Drive operational excellence through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and effective use of Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to remove commercial barriers, accelerate deal progression, and support successful customer launches.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer obsession across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
