Key Notes

Ten or more years of B2B sales and at least three years leading a sales team are required for this mid-market management position. You will recruit and coach account executives acquiring customers for Uber's Rides and Eats services, while owning forecasts and market strategy. London is the published base; a degree or equivalent experience is accepted, and the working pattern needs confirmation.

What You'll Work On

  • Recruit and coach account executives, setting performance expectations and developing a market strategy for acquiring and growing mid-market customers.
  • Lead senior customer discussions and maintain accurate forecasts, holding the team accountable for monthly and quarterly sales performance.
  • Work with Operations, Product and Legal to resolve deal obstacles and improve onboarding, while representing the business at relevant industry events.
