Are you a people-focused leader with a strong commercial mindset? We are looking for a driven Sales Manager UK to lead our sales team and drive sustainable growth in the UK market.

Your Role

As Sales Manager UK, you lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of an Account Manager and a Customer Service professional. You are responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy, achieving growth targets, and optimizing sales processes.

As the commercial face of the UK market, you act as a true ambassador for the business. You represent the UK organization in internal and external meetings, deliver presentations to stakeholders, and ensure clear communication of market developments, opportunities, and strategic priorities.

In close collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer and the wider leadership team, you contribute to the development of the strategic business plan for the UK market and play a key role in translating this strategy into concrete actions and results, both internally and externally.

You report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Engineering, and Customer Service teams located in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the UK business.
  • Contribute to the development of the UK strategic business plan and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Act as the ambassador and primary representative of UK business, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to drive business growth.
  • Set and monitor KPIs and ensure consistent execution of sales plans.
  • Optimize sales processes and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree level, preferably in a commercial, business, or architectural field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Analytical, business-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
