JOB SUMMARY

As Market Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our UK sales organisation while driving the execution of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing high-performing teams, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering sustainable business growth. The primary focus is on short term growth (1 – 3 year), whilst creating a sustainable business for the medium / long term; through competence development, data driven decision making and a value-add partner eco system.

PROFILE

You will be an experienced sales leader with a strong industrial or engineering background and a proven track record of delivering commercial success through people development and customer-focused leadership. You will possess excellent communication, coaching, planning, forecasting and stakeholder management skills.

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES

  • Proven experience in a senior strategic management role within the industrial sector, with strong knowledge of the local market, competitors and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • IT proficient, with experience using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
