WHO WE ARE

United Legwear & Apparel Co. (ULAC) is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of apparel, legwear, bodywear, bags, backpacks, headwear, and accessories. Founded in 1998, we partner with some of the world's most recognized brands, including PUMA, Hurley, Skechers, Ted Baker, Scotch & Soda, Stance, and more. With headquarters in New York City and offices across key global markets—including London and Amsterdam—we bring high-quality products to consumers worldwide. Our mission is to treat our stakeholders with respect, integrity, and fairness, while delivering innovative and high-quality products. Our core values—Unity, Loyalty, Advancement, and Charity—guide everything we do.

As part of our continued growth across the UK and Europe, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across our portfolio of brands, strengthen existing customer partnerships, and develop new business opportunities.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to grow our business across the UK and Republic of Ireland, with opportunities to support wider European growth. You will manage and develop a portfolio of key wholesale accounts while identifying and securing new business across volume retailers, independents, marketplaces, and off-price partners.

Working across a diverse portfolio spanning apparel, swimwear, socks, underwear, accessories, and other lifestyle categories, you will take ownership of the sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and presenting collections through to forecasting, order delivery, and account growth. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and turning opportunities into sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

📈 Sales & Account Growth

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts, delivering sustainable year-over-year sales growth
  • Develop strategic account plans tailored to individual customers, channels, and market opportunities
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with buyers and key commercial stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to expand distribution, product categories, and brand presence within existing accounts
  • Take ownership of sales targets and commercial performance across your customer portfolio

🚀 New Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business across volume retailers, independents, marketplaces, and off-price partners
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and commercial opportunities
  • Introduce new brands, collections, and product categories to existing and prospective customers
  • Lead commercial negotiations to achieve strong results while protecting margin and brand positioning
  • Identify emerging channels, customers, and market opportunities that support ULAC's growth strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
