Founder I Sales Accelerator Program UK

Location: London

Imagine having the opportunity to shape the future of retail.

Some follow a proven path, others get to create it. At L, we're launching the International Sales Accelerator Program: a 12-month development program designed to build the next generation of Sales leaders. The program will launch across five European markets, bringing together a group of ambitious peers who will learn, grow and help drive L’s next chapter.

This is not a classroom-based training program. From day one, you'll be at the forefront of our growth ambitions, leading client conversations and key commercial opportunities. You'll learn how to identify opportunities through data-driven insights, use AI-powered tools to work smarter, engage with senior decision makers, build compelling commercial strategies and turn conversations into long term partnerships. All while being coached through L’s commercial excellence framework, Built to Grow.

What makes this role different?

Over the next 12 months, you'll develop across three core areas:

  • Think like a commercial winner

    • Learn how top-performing sales professionals create momentum, influence stakeholders, navigate complex negotiations, and build the resilience needed to win in our markets.
  • Master our Total Store Impact proposition

    • Understand how loyalty, data, retail media, digital activation and customer engagement come together to solve real retailer challenges and create measurable business impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
