VITEC is looking for an experienced, driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to develop and grow our Corporate and Government sales pipeline within the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in IPTV, Digital Signage and video streaming solutions, helping organisations transform how they communicate, engage and share information.
This is a home-based role with travel throughout the UK. Candidates should be located within reasonable commuting distance of Central London to support customer, partner and business meetings.
About The Role
Reporting to the UK Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the Corporate and Government markets. Working through a network of channel partners, AV integrators and resellers, you'll identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships and deliver solutions that make a tangible impact for customers.
What you’ll do:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve agreed sales targets across the UK Corporate and Government sectors.
- Champion VITEC's IPTV and Digital Signage portfolio and strengthen our market position.
- Develop, manage and grow relationships with AV, IT and convergence-focused channel partners.
- Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and closing opportunities.
- Create and execute partner development plans that enable long-term success.
- Deliver partner sales enablement activities, including product demonstrations, sales training and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to support solution design, customer presentations and proof-of-concept activities.
- Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, specifiers and industry influencers.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support business growth.

You will likely have the following experience:
- Proven experience in a comparable B2B sales or channel sales role within AV, IPTV, Digital Signage, Unified Communications or related technology sectors.
- Experience selling into Corporate and/or Government organisations.
- Proven ability to apply effective sales techniques to identify, approach and engage prospective new customers.
- An established network of UK AV integrators, channel partners and industry contacts.
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, develop and close opportunities.
- Experience managing and growing channel partner ecosystems.
- Knowledge of IP-based technologies, video distribution, digital signage or enterprise communications solutions.
- Strong planning and organising skills, with the ability to multitask, take initiative and work autonomously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and effective presentations.
- Experience working collaboratively with sales, inside sales, marketing, engineering and customer success colleagues.
- A collaborative, team-focused approach and the drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- A passion for building long-term customer and partner relationships.
Experience working for an AV, IPTV, Digital Signage or technology vendor would be advantageous but is not essential.
Candidates from IT, networking, SMATV, convergence or multimedia technology backgrounds with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.

- Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification
- Strong professional references.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Eligibility to work in UK
- English fluent: speaking, reading and writing.
