Company Description
Dailymotion is hiring an Agency Sales Manager based in London to lead the day-to-day sales organisation and drive revenue performance across the UK and European market.
This is a mid-level, individual contributor sales role, ideal for a sales professional with good experience that would like to move into a progressive company with strong growth goals. This person knows how to work with agencies and brands, create urgency, improve forecast discipline, deepen agency and brand relationships, and turn strategy into revenue and is the type of person to go and hunt down opportunities.
The Agency Sales Manager will own a sales number and contribute to the wider sales team number and culture. This person will make sure their agency patch has a focused, measurable approach, is prepared for internal and external meetings and consistently moving opportunities forward.
Dailymotion is evolving beyond a traditional media sales business. We sit across audience intelligence, video activation, CTV, measurement, signal strategy, and partner-led growth. The right candidate needs to understand media sales, but also how to sell higher-value solutions tied to business outcomes.
Job Description
- Become a trusted partner and go-to salesperson for Dailymotion’s independent agency portfolio in the UK.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of Dailymotion’s sales strategy for independent agencies and their advertisers.
- Manage, evaluate, and prioritise existing agency partnerships to maximise efficiency, revenue growth, and ROI.
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and bring to Dailymotion’s executives for approval and signature new partnerships with independent media agencies, trading desks, advertisers, and other relevant demand sources.
- Drive the commercial development of the Indies patch by identifying opportunities across independent agency groups, specialist agencies, and emerging independent players.
- Effectively manage sales activity across the portfolio, including pipeline development, account planning, client engagement, and revenue delivery.
- Provide regular market analysis on the UK independent agency landscape, including key players, market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities in video advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, solutions, and go-to-market initiatives for independent agencies and their advertisers.
- Report on and forecast monthly results, pipeline, and revenue performance, and perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time assign.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
