Job Description:

Why HPE Networking:

HPE Networking empowers organisations to modernise, secure, and simplify their digital infrastructure. We deliver AI‑driven, cloud‑managed, and highly automated networking solutions spanning wired and wireless connectivity, SD‑WAN, SASE, security, and edge‑to‑cloud architectures.

Backed by Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s global scale and innovation leadership, we help customers build the networks that power their business today—and prepare them for tomorrow. At HPE Networking, you’ll join a team focused on solving real‑world challenges through simplicity, intelligence, and customer‑first design.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to run part of our enterprise sales organisation. You’ll coach a team of enterprise sellers, own a revenue target, and build relationships with senior decisionmakers at some of our largest accounts. This is a role for a proven sales leader who wants real ownership and room to grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop your team: Coach, mentor, and hold your sellers accountable so they hit and exceed quota. You’ll run regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and one-on-ones.
  • Own the plan: Build and execute a business plan for your segment that ties to company goals and drives profitable growth and market share.
  • Lead key accounts: Build lasting relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, and step in on strategic deals when it matters.
  • Manage the pipeline: Maintain accurate forecasts and a healthy mix of near-term wins and longer-cycle opportunities.
  • Teach consultative selling: Help your team uncover client needs and position our solutions around measurable business outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of the competition: Turn market and competitor insight into practical strategies and messaging for your team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
