Salary: Up to £100,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Bonus

Help Shape the Future of Europe's Data Centre Infrastructure

We're partnering with a global leader in fibre optic and connectivity solutions that is investing heavily in the European data centre market. As demand from hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise operators continues to accelerate, we're seeking an ambitious Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to drive growth across the UK and wider European region.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who understands the data centre ecosystem and enjoys winning complex, high-value projects. You'll be at the forefront of major infrastructure developments, working with some of the industry's most influential operators, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and system integrators.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of developing strategic customer relationships and securing project-based business across the rapidly expanding data centre sector. From early-stage specification through to project delivery, you'll play a pivotal role in influencing designs, winning framework agreements, and delivering commercial success.

The role offers significant autonomy, exposure to some of Europe's largest data centre projects, and the backing of a well-established international manufacturer with a reputation for innovation and technical excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
