Sales Manager — UK & Europe

Location: Preferably North West England

Travel: Regular UK & European travel required

Premier Clothing is a leading name in workwear, corporatewear, uniforms, and promotional apparel, known for combining trusted commercial products with a fashion-forward edge. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK and European markets.

The Role

This is a high-impact sales leadership role with responsibility for growing wholesale sales, strengthening key customer relationships, and developing new opportunities across the UK and Europe. You’ll lead a team of 4–5 Brand Ambassadors, manage distributor and key account relationships, and work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support commercial growth.

You’ll be close to the customer, the market, and the numbers — identifying opportunities, building strong partnerships, and keeping Premier front of mind.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving sales growth across UK and European wholesale markets
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Brand Ambassadors
  • Building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
  • Identifying new business opportunities across priority sectors and territories
  • Representing Premier at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Working closely with internal teams on campaigns and commercial priorities
  • Monitoring sales performance and market opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
