What you'll be working on
Take full ownership of the UK market: You are AVILOO's first dedicated resource on the ground in the market.
- Independently sell the AVILOO FLASH Test to leasing companies, auction houses, large vehicle dealers, inspection bodies, and automotive manufacturers.
- Build the UK sales pipeline from the ground up. This is genuinely untouched territory, so early traction and low-hanging fruit are yours to capture.
- Identify and recruit local sales partners.
- Own the full cycle: acquisition, quoting, contract negotiation, and commercial order handling.
- Represent AVILOO at relevant national trade fairs and customer events.
- Manage ongoing relationships with customers and partners.
- Work closely with our Sales team and Chief Sales Officer, even while operating independently day-to-day.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g. Marketing) to support your market build-up.
What you bring
- Ideally 5+ years in a national or field sales capacity. Automotive industry background preferred, ideally with an existing network spanning trade to fleet—not a must, but a strong advantage.
- Comfortable being the only person on the ground, while staying connected to and supported by a team in the background.
- A hunter by nature with a strong team mindset: Customer acquisition is in your blood while you enjoy teamwork and are there to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- You enjoy communication and building relationships from scratch.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other language is a plus.
- Confident in a highly dynamic, self-directed, and self-managed environment.
- Confident presence, solution-oriented thinking. Personal and entrepreneurial success drive you to push past your limits.
- Enthusiasm for using AI to work faster, more precisely, and more efficiently.
- A general affinity for technical products and e-mobility is a plus.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
