The opportunity
This is a build-and-own commercial role for an exceptional sales professional who wants to lead a market and a product, not simply carry a quota.
DOXA is a profitable, proven SaaS business serving franchised automotive dealer groups across Ireland and the UK. Our customers include Mercedes-Benz commercial and retail operations, Hyundai Ireland's full dealer network, Thurlow Nunn, Boland Motor Group, MSL Motor Group and other established UK and Irish groups. We are now putting a dedicated, locally based commercial leader into the combined Ireland and UK market — and we are leading that push with our newest product, DoxaConnect.
DoxaConnect is our AI-powered, WhatsApp-first customer re-engagement platform. It mines a dealer's dormant DMS database, identifies high-probability trade-in and upgrade prospects, engages them over WhatsApp (95% open rates), qualifies intent through conversational AI with 0–100 lead scoring, and surfaces hot prospects to the sales team with integrated vehicle valuations and ROI-first reporting. It is live in pilot with Blackwater Motors in Ireland today. Where DOXA Reputation protects and grows a dealership's public reputation, DoxaConnect monetises its private customer database — together they form a complete customer-lifecycle platform.
This is a dual-mandate role. You will lead new business with DoxaConnect — the revenue-first conversation that dealer principals respond to — while protecting and expanding our existing customer base, cross-selling DoxaConnect into accounts that already trust DOXA. You will also carry a genuine regulatory advantage: DOXA's DMCCA compliance position, reviewed by Taylor Wessing, is a differentiator no horizontal competitor can currently match, and a live wedge into the UK market following CMA enforcement activity in the sector.
This is not a role for someone who waits for inbound leads. It is a role for a commercially rigorous operator who can get in the door at dealer-group level, earn trust at the C-suite, lead a new product to market, and grow the accounts already in our care. If that is you, we want to talk.
What you will do
Lead new business — DoxaConnect-first (IRE & UK)
- Take DoxaConnect to market. Own the go-to-market across Ireland & the UK — build the pipeline, run the conversations, and close the deals that establish it as the category-defining product in WhatsApp-first dealer re-engagement.
- Open with revenue, not features. Lead every dealer conversation with the unrealised revenue sitting dormant in their database. Map DoxaConnect's intent scoring, WhatsApp engagement and integrated valuations to a measurable pipeline-and-profit outcome.
- Target the right dealers. Prioritise franchised dealer groups, regional groups and OEM-linked networks across both markets. Build relationships at dealer-principal, group marketing director and CX/digital-leader level.
- Run the full consultative cycle. Discovery, demonstration, proposal, commercial negotiation and close — supported by the founders and product team. Manage a clean handover to onboarding and customer success.
- Use the compliance wedge. Lead with DOXA's DMCCA-reviewed compliance position into UK groups exposed by CMA enforcement — a credibility advantage competitors without legal sign-off cannot replicate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Protect & grow the existing base (Ireland & UK)
- Own the existing customer portfolio. Be the primary relationship owner for DOXA's established Irish and UK accounts. Ensure full adoption, value realisation and readiness for renewal.
- Cross-sell DoxaConnect into the base. The existing customer base is the warmest path to DoxaConnect revenue. Systematically introduce DoxaConnect to accounts that already trust DOXA Reputation.
- Drive expansion revenue. Identify upsell opportunities — additional rooftops, additional product modules, increased usage — and convert them. Net revenue retention is a core KPI.
- Run quarterly business reviews. Deliver structured reviews to customer stakeholders, demonstrating ROI, surfacing intelligence and aligning DOXA's roadmap with their evolving needs.
- Protect the revenue base. Monitor customer health, anticipate churn risk and intervene proactively. Zero avoidable churn.
Market intelligence & representation
- Be the face of DOXA in-market. Build a personal brand and network across the UK and Irish automotive community. Represent DOXA at key industry events (AM Live, CDX, NFDA events in the UK; SIMI and dealer forums in Ireland).
- Feed intelligence back. Provide structured market intelligence on pricing, competitor moves, regulatory developments and customer requirements directly to the leadership team.
Who you are
Essential
- Locally based in Ireland or the UK. You live in-market and can be in front of dealers in both territories. This is a deliberate, boots-on-the-ground hire — local presence is non-negotiable.
- Real relationships in Irish and/or UK automotive retail. You have worked directly with franchised dealer groups and understand their buying centre — you know the difference between a group marketing director's agenda and a dealer principal's. You can name the people you would call.
- Proven SaaS sales track record. Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales with a demonstrable history of exceeding quota. You understand ARR, churn, expansion revenue and land-and-expand.
- Hunter-farmer hybrid. You can break into new accounts and lead a new product to market, and you can nurture, retain and expand existing relationships. This role demands both, in equal measure.
- Complex, consultative closer. You have closed multi-site, multi-stakeholder deals and can navigate procurement, IT, legal and commercial decision-makers within large dealer groups.
- Commercially rigorous self-starter. You operate autonomously, bring structure and discipline to territory development, and you are comfortable being the first dedicated commercial leader in a market.

Compensation & package
- Competitive base salary benchmarked to the calibre and seniority the role requires.
- Uncapped commission on new ARR — heavily weighted toward DoxaConnect new business — plus a bonus tied to net revenue retention and expansion on the existing book. The structure is built so that exceptional performers earn exceptionally well.

- Technology and tools: laptop, CRM, sales-enablement and marketing support, and full product enablement on both DoxaConnect and DOXA Reputation.

How you'll be measured
- DoxaConnect new ARR: New subscription revenue from DoxaConnect across the UK & Ireland — the primary growth metric.
- Qualified pipeline: Value and velocity of qualified opportunities, weighted toward DoxaConnect-led conversations.
- Net revenue retention: Target >110% on the existing book — grow the base through expansion and additional rooftops.
- Cross-sell attach rate: Percentage of existing DOXA Reputation accounts that adopt DoxaConnect — the warmest path to growth.
- Churn prevention: Zero avoidable churn — proactive customer-health management across the Irish and UK base.
Interview process
- Initial screen with the appointed recruitment partner.
- Deep-dive interview with the DOXA founders — track record, IRE/UK market knowledge, and cultural alignment.
- Commercial exercise — present a 90-day plan covering DoxaConnect go-to-market across Ireland & the UK and a retention-and-expansion strategy for the existing customer base.
- Final interview and offer.
