Your mission

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager UK & Ireland to drive the development and growth of our Professional and Home business across the region.

HEMRO will soon have a direct presence in the United Kingdom, marking an exciting new chapter for us and an important next step in our continued growth in the region. As we expand our local operations and further strengthen Mahlkönig and our portfolio of brands in the UK and Ireland, this role will play a key part in developing our business and building strong relationships within the local coffee community.

The Sales Manager will own customer development, key account relationships and new business opportunities, while also representing our brands through events, product trainings and industry activities. The ideal candidate is well connected within the UK coffee and café community, commercially driven and comfortable combining strategic sales development with hands-on execution.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the UK & Ireland across both Professional and Home customer segments
  • Drive B2B, D2C and e-commerce business growth and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop new customer relationships while strengthening and growing existing accounts
  • Manage strategic key accounts, sales partners, dealers and distributors across the region
  • Deliver revenue, growth and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the coffee, roaster, café and HORECA community
  • Execute customer-segment-specific sales and marketing activities for Professional and Home markets
  • Represent HEMRO and its brands at industry events, trade shows and community activities
  • Organize and support regional coffee events, customer activations and brand initiatives
  • Conduct engaging product and sales trainings for customers, partners and key accounts
  • Work closely with Marketing and other internal teams to support regional campaigns and market development
  • Own sales forecasting, budgeting, reporting and performance analysis
  • Share market insights and best practices across the HEMRO Group
  • Support cross-functional projects and group-wide initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
