Building on our massive success in Europe with over 4,000 customers (NBA, IWG, L’Oréal, LVMH, Alan, Decathlon...), Work with Island is accelerating its expansion.
UK is a strategic market for us, with an already strong direct customer base.
Given our geographic footprint and client portfolio, this position is open to candidates in London or Paris. If located in Paris, frequent travel to London is to be expected, requiring a native or bilingual level of English.
Your mission
Reporting to Marie (International Sales Manager), you will join a high-performing international sales squad of 7 people. Working alongside Anne-Marie, who is already driving our sales efforts in the UK, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth across the market.
As a key member of this team, you will:
- Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and upselling.
- Engage with top decision-makers – from tech founders to workplace & office managers at global companies.
- Drive and shape our growth strategy – bringing your insights and creativity to refine our approach.
- Operate with full autonomy
Your main responsibilities
- Outbound (70%): Prospect new companies (from startups and SMEs to large corporations) via cold calling (+60 calls/day), email sequences, and LinkedIn.
- Inbound (30%): Manage and qualify incoming leads in close collaboration with the Marketing team to maximize conversion.
- Grow our network of partners and resellers (coworking spaces, furniture distributors, architects…).
- Account Management & Upsell: Follow up with existing clients, identify opportunities for additional equipment, and ensure a flawless post-sale experience (reviews, testimonials).
- Channel Animation: Regular travel to Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and across Spain to meet clients and partners.
- Events & Trade Shows: Represent the brand at key industry events to increase visibility.
- CRM & Strategy: Master HubSpot to manage your pipeline, forecasting, and data accuracy.

Requirements
- 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Management
- 💼 +3-5 years in B2B Sales, ideally managing short sales cycles ans SMB customers, with both SaaS and physical products.
- 🤝 You are a natural "Closer" with a results-oriented mindset and a talent for building long-term trust.
- 🗣️ Native or bilingual level of English. French is a strong plus.
- 📞 You LOVE prospecting: cold calling is your playground. You are highly proficient with HubSpot and modern sales tools.
- 🎯 Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation skills + results-driven mindset.
- 💡 Autonomous, resilient, organized and proactive. You are a "Team Player" with a positive attitude.
- 🚙 Valid Driver’s License required. You are ready to travel frequently across the UK (and occasionally to Paris).
