Our client is an established international brand within the underwear, loungewear and swim category, with strong global recognition and ambitious European growth plans.

As part of its next phase of expansion, the business is seeking a commercially driven UK & Europe Sales Manager to accelerate wholesale and strategic digital growth across the region.

This is a permanent leadership role focused specifically on the underwear, loungewear and swim categories. Deep category knowledge and an existing network within specialist intimates, digital marketplaces, off-price platforms and premium retail groups will be essential.

The Role: UK & Europe Sales Manager (Underwear, Loungewear & Swim)

This is both a strategic and executional position. You will be responsible for shaping the regional sales strategy, opening and developing major European accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

The role will focus heavily on building partnerships with:

  • Major European online fashion platforms
  • Large-scale digital marketplaces
  • Off-price and membership-based retail groups
  • Leading department stores and specialist intimates retailers
  • Strategic distribution and buying groups

You will work closely with senior leadership, product, merchandising and marketing teams to ensure commercial plans translate into measurable sell-through performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
