Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sales strategies for utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), achieve annual sales and project target goals in UK market.
- Identify potential large-scale energy storage project opportunities, track tender announcements, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and manage long-term partnerships with local power developers, EPCs, investment funds, utility companies, and industry distributors.
- Lead commercial communication, technical solution docking, quotation, contract negotiation, and project closing for large energy storage projects.
- Monitor UK’s energy storage market policies, grid codes, competitor dynamics, and industry trends, and provide regular market analysis and sales strategy optimization reports.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of professional sales experience in UK energy storage, renewable energy, power system or EPC industry; candidates with large-scale BESS project sales experience are highly preferred.
- Local UK candidate or candidate with stable residence and mature local industry resources in UK.
- Familiar with UK’s power market rules, energy storage project development process, and local customer ecosystem.
- Proven track record of project development, client development, or deal closing in the energy sector.
- Excellent negotiation, business development, and cross-team communication skills; result-oriented and capable of working independently.
