Sales Manager (UK)

United Kingdom | Reports to Country Sales Director | European Commercial Strategy

Build. Sell. Grow.

If you thrive on building relationships and closing deals, this role is for you.

Quickparts is hiring a Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence across the UK. This is a hands-on, field-based role. You will be directly engaged with clients — prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing — while contributing to the broader European commercial strategy.

You will own the UK sales territory, personally manage key accounts, and be the driving force behind revenue growth for a company serving aerospace, medical, automotive, defense, and industrial customers.

Why This Role Matters

Our Sales function is critical to market expansion, customer relationships, and continued growth. As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve annual sales objectives in the UK
  • Build and expand our client portfolio through prospecting and account management
  • Deliver technical solutions tailored to client needs
  • Serve as a visible representative at trade shows and client meetings
  • Contribute directly to the European commercial strategy

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and develop existing client accounts by building strong relationships and increasing sales through field prospecting
  • Advise and guide clients after conducting thorough needs analyses
  • Validate client requests and prepare and send quotations
  • Present technical offers to clients and successfully close sales
  • Follow up on all actions, including quote follow-ups, client interfaces, and visit reports
  • Promote the company's products and services leading to firm orders
  • Monitor projects in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify and develop new client accounts by prospecting potential new clients
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and marketing department to guide and support marketing strategies in the UK, including trade shows and communications
  • Manage and represent the company at professional trade shows in the UK
  • Implement the European commercial strategy within your territory by increasing turnover and contributing to Quickparts' continuous growth
  • Analyze revenue variations globally, by client, and by technology
  • Participate in European commercial department meetings
  • Analyze the UK market and share insights with the Commercial Director to influence commercial and marketing actions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
