About The Role

Our London Sales business is looking for a Sales Manager to join our successful and high achieving Wimbledon office, based in the heart of Wimbledon Village.

This is a great opportunity for a driven agent who knows the South West London property market and is ready to take on a key leadership role within the office.

You’ll lead a team of Negotiators and Senior Negotiators, drive new instructions and oversee the core Wimbledon market up to £2.5m. We’re looking for someone who is confident carrying out market appraisals, winning business, building strong client relationships and developing a clear sales strategy for the area.

Key responsibilities

  • Win new instructions and grow market share in line with business targets
  • Lead, support and develop a team of Negotiators and Senior Negotiators
  • Build a strong profile and network within the local market
  • Source buyers, conduct viewings and negotiate sales
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients
  • Maintain excellent communication throughout the sales process
  • Keep on top of local market activity, trends and competitors
  • Ensure the team delivers a consistently high level of service
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the department

Experience

  • At least 3 years' experience within residential sales
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Department Head or Valuer
  • Strong knowledge of the London property market, ideally South West London
  • Confident winning instructions and conducting market appraisals
  • Experience leading or developing a sales team
