Nova Post UK Ltd is part of the Nova Group, a leading courier and logistics operator in Ukraine. The company manages over 15,000 branches and handles around 400 million parcels annually.
Since 2022, Nova Post has been expanding its network across Europe, providing seamless logistics connections between the UK, Ukraine, and EU countries for both individual and business clients.
Key Mission of the Role
To develop export sales from the UK to Ukraine and Europe, focusing on parcel logistics, e-commerce, and B2C services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish cooperation with new B2B clients in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
- Promote and sell Nova Post’s export services to business and retail customers.
- Conduct online and offline negotiations with potential partners.
- Prepare commercial offers.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database and ensure all client activity is recorded accurately.

Requirements
- Experience, including at least 3 years in B2B or corporate sales.
- Knowledge of negotiation and sales techniques.
- Ability to establish long-term business relationships.
- English — C1 level, Ukrainian — C1 level
- Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce, or international trade will be an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Remote work, with possible visits to clients or the London office several times a week or month (depending on business needs).
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00.
- Office location: London, SW17.
