Job Title: Sales Manager
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth across our portfolio of hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organisers.
- Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and events market.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Represent the brand at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in sales management, ideally within the hospitality, leisure, or events sector.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team to exceed targets.
