The Role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, driving performance, coaching for development, and ensuring strong customer outcomes and business growth.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing, inspiring and motivating your sales team to hit and exceed KPIs.
- Identifying training needs, delivering coaching sessions and supporting the personal and professional development of your team.
- Collaborating with other management and departments to create a high-performing, values-driven sales culture.
- Ensuring that every decision is taken with integrity and that customers remain at the heart of our sales process.
- Working hands-on as needed — balancing strategic leadership with active participation in the sales process and ensuring your team has the tools, support and environment they need to succeed.

What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and who leads by example.
You will need:
- Proven sales management experience — ideally 18 months+ in a high-activity sales environment.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales management, managing teams of high-activity, consultative sales professionals.
- A hands-on approach to coaching and development, strong commercial mindset, and a track record of delivering results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, a positive and resilient attitude, and the ability to build a motivating, performance-driven environment.
