Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion (70% Ireland / 30% NI): Drive business growth, manage market development, and conduct regular retail store visits in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  • Distributor (SD) Management: Develop and maintain Sub-Distributors, push new product listings, and track PSI (sales/inventory) data to increase our brand share.
  • Retail Sell-Out: Visit stores to optimize sell-out performance and gather first-hand market feedback.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular sales, inventory, and market insights reports.

  • Experience: Industry-related experience (Vaping/FMCG) or Channel Management (CM) experience is highly preferred.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and own a car (frequent travel within territory is required).
  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills; results-oriented and adaptable.
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
