The Opportunity
Are you a sales professional who has a proven track record in proactive sales management?
Would you like to join a growing successful sales team that has delivered year on year growth?
Then this could well be your next exciting career opportunity!
As our sales manager, you will work with the General Manager and wider commercial functions ensuring achievement of the hotel sales budget.
You will manage the hotel commercial plan and lead activity within the hotel creating a sales culture across all departments.
Building strong working partnerships within the local market, you will pro-actively drive new business leads and generate business opportunities through all key market segments.
You will also ensure conversion targets are achieved across all channels and sources.
Working with LGH & brand marketing you will be responsible for creating a social media strategy and local campaigns for the hotel to increase hotel profile in the local area.

Ideal Candidate
- Track record within the hotel industry working in a proactive sales management role
- Local relevant market experience within the hotel locations
- Evidenced new business sales success
- Proactive account sales production analysis and review
- Ability to network effectively
- Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately
