Role Description
The Sales Marketing Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This role supports the sales and marketing teams by handling daily administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and updating internal databases and CRM systems. The individual will assist with coordinating marketing campaigns, producing basic marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and supporting sales reporting and analysis.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Responding to customer inquiries
- Managing correspondence
- Organizing documents
- Scheduling meetings
- Ensuring accurate data entry for sales and inventory
The role works closely with internal departments to help streamline communication, improve customer satisfaction, and support the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Marketing skills to support campaign coordination, basic content preparation, and monitoring of marketing activities.
- Sales skills to assist with order processing, quotations, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Administrative Assistance skills for data entry, document management, scheduling, and general office support.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office suite) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in sales support, marketing administration, or office administration is beneficial.
