Are you an organised, commercially minded Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator or Sales & Marketing Administrator looking for your next opportunity?
I'm working with a successful and growing UK manufacturing business that is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join their team based in Tamworth.
This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer service and marketing support, working closely with customers, distributors and the wider commercial team.
The Role
- Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders
- Liaise with customers, agents and distributors
- Follow up open sales leads and support sales activity
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
- Prepare order acknowledgements, shipping documents and invoices
- Manage the sales inbox and respond to customer enquiries
- Produce sales reports and commercial information
- Support marketing campaigns, events and trade shows
- Assist with website and social media updates
- Support email marketing, SEO and digital marketing activity
- Conduct market research and identify potential sales opportunities

We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support or a similar commercial role
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using CRM systems
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Marketing, social media or website experience would be advantageous
