About Us

The company is a commercial finance brokerage based in Bristol, sourcing finance solutions for businesses across the South West and, increasingly, nationwide. Founded in 2020, we've grown steadily and now have a team of 9 and we're looking to grow further. We're a close-knit, fast-paced business where everyone's contribution is visible and valued, and where an apprentice will get genuine hands-on exposure to both sales and marketing from day one.

The Role

We are looking for a confident, ambitious and commercially minded individual to join our growing team. This opportunity would suit someone who has already gained some experience in a customer-facing sales environment and is looking to build a long-term career within sales and finance.

As a commercial finance brokerage, our business is built on developing relationships, generating new opportunities and delivering excellent service to clients. This role is heavily sales-focused and would suit someone who enjoys speaking with people, is resilient, motivated and eager to develop their commercial skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have explored different career options and have made a conscious decision that sales, business development and finance are the industries they want to progress within.

To give you the best possible foundation, we'll start you on the Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship for the first 12–15 months. This builds the core administrative, communication and organisational skills the role needs, while giving you exposure to marketing-focused tasks alongside your day-to-day work. Once you've built that foundation, there's a clear route to progress onto the Marketing Executive Level 4 apprenticeship meaning you could achieve two qualifications while growing your experience and responsibility within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales support: Assisting the sales team with administration, from initial enquiry through to case completion
  • Maintaining accurate records on our CRM system
  • Liaising with clients and lenders by phone and email
  • Supporting the preparation of finance applications and paperwork
  • Helping to identify and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Marketing support: Assisting with social media content and scheduling
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Helping to maintain and update the company website
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing materials and case studies
  • Supporting event and networking activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
