Location: CrowdedHouse, Trinity Leeds
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: £13–£15 per hour (depending on experience)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join the team. This is a varied role working closely with our Reservations Manager and Head of Marketing, helping to drive bookings, support our events, build relationships with guests and businesses, and bring our marketing activity to life.

What you'll be doing
Sales & Reservations
- Support the Reservations Manager with all upcoming enquiries through Collins and the reservations inbox.
- Respond promptly to new booking enquiries, providing guests with clear next steps including pre-authorisations, booking confirmations, and event information.
- Follow up on enquiries to secure bookings, including deposits, pre-authorisations, and outstanding guest queries.
- Produce detailed run sheets for bookings of 10+ guests, including dietary requirements, pre-orders, event details, and operational briefings.
- Coordinate show-arounds for prospective guests and follow up with tailored proposals.
- Send pre-order links and ensure menus are completed ahead of the seven-day deadline.
- Manage enquiries from third-party booking platforms, ensuring all bookings are added to Collins and followed up.
- Liaise with all departments to communicate event briefs and guest expectations.
- Contact private event organisers after their visit to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and secure future bookings.
- Re-engage previous event clients with seasonal menus, offers, and new event opportunities.
- Promote exclusive midweek offers to our ClubHouse corporate database.
- Build relationships with local businesses, introducing them to CrowdedHouse and generating new corporate bookings.
- Send a weekly review summary to the management team every Monday.

Marketing
- Support the Head of Marketing with creating content across social media, including team moments, new menus, events, cocktails, and behind-the-scenes activity.
- Produce and send a weekly marketing email to our growing customer database.
- Help organise community events and brand collaborations including wellness mornings, paint & sip evenings, beauty masterclasses, and local partnerships.
- Assist in delivering seasonal campaigns, launches, and special events throughout the year.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with guests.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional experiences.
- Creative, proactive, and happy to take initiative.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Positive, energetic, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year in a sales, events, or marketing role.
- Experience using Collins and Access Hospitality systems is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
