Sales & Marketing Assistant – Lead Generation | Bolton, Greater Manchester
Salary: £25,000–£30,000, depending on experience
Contract: Full-Time, 12-Month Fixed-Term

Can you turn a good marketing idea into genuine sales enquiries? Are you creative, organised and confident using digital campaigns, CRM systems and data to understand what works?

The role
Cosaf Environments Ltd is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant – Lead Generation to join our growing Bolton team.

This is a hands-on role where you will see the impact of your work. You will help attract new customers, strengthen our online presence and create campaigns that generate real opportunities for the business.

Reporting to the Directors, you will have room to bring your own ideas while building experience across digital marketing, content, analytics and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
You will:

  • Plan and manage digital campaigns designed to generate leads and enquiries.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email and the website.
  • Support SEO, PPC and wider digital marketing activity.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements using data.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to keep activity moving.
  • Support brand development and wider sales and marketing projects.

The person
You will ideally have previous marketing experience, including lead generation, plus experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing and CRM platforms.

You will also need strong communication, analytical and IT skills, excellent organisation and the ability to manage several deadlines.

Experience within HVAC, construction or another technical sector would be useful, as would a Marketing, Business or related qualification.
