We are one of the regions leading holiday cottage agencies. We represent rentals ranging from cool surf shacks to luxury residences, located all around the Cornish coast. The Role
We’re looking for a bright, motivated graduate all-rounder to join us as Sales & Marketing Assistant. This is a hands-on, entry-level position offering exposure across digital marketing, revenue management, customer service, and beyond. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in the sector and who wants to learn all about tourism business from the bottom up. You’ll work closely with senior team members, gaining experience in both the strategic and operational sides of a purpose-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, scheduling and monitoring digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Assist in channel management including listings with Airbnb and other targeted third-party websites
- Support revenue management activities such as pricing, yield analysis and occupancy forecasting
- Help manage customer enquiries, bookings and post-stay communications (the role will include at least 1 day of customer service; answering phones, emails etc. plus some Saturday mornings and some Bank Holidays)
- Contribute to content creation and marketing materials, through writing, photography and video content
- Contribute to newsletters, campaigns and website content
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including bookings, marketing ROI, social engagement, digital analytics and optimisation

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate level or experience in Tourism, Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in digital marketing, social media and analytics tools
- Good numerical ability and confidence working with data
- Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly
- Passion for tourism, sustainable business and Cornwall
- A fun and switched on individual who will fit in well with our team
