About: Caledonia Group Caledonia Group is a growing marketing and customer acquisition company based in Edinburgh. We work with a range of clients to help them connect with customers and develop their businesses through effective offline marketing and sales campaigns.
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop practical experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development.
The Role As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of client campaigns and contribute to day-to-day sales and marketing activities. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and receive training to help you develop your communication, customer service, and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Represent clients professionally when interacting with customers.
- Communicate with customers and provide a positive customer experience.
- Assist with promotional and customer acquisition activities.
- Develop strong knowledge of client products, services, and campaigns.
- Contribute to team meetings and campaign planning.
- Maintain accurate customer and campaign information.
- Monitor campaign activity and share feedback with the wider team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.

- Previous sales or marketing experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.
