Edinburgh Full-time, Monday–Friday | Immediate Start

Caledonia Group is entering a defining period of growth, with an expansion into Glasgow over the next couple of months. For the right candidate, joining now means joining at the ground floor of that expansion building a career alongside the company rather than stepping into a structure that is already established.

We deliver face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of some of the UK's most recognised brands, including BT/EE, British Gas and Oxfam. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate who is genuinely ambitious, comfortable operating in a commercial, customer-facing environment, and looking for a company that is moving at the same pace they are.

Built for Early Movers

Caledonia Group's progression structure is built entirely from within, and every manager began exactly where you would begin. As the business expands into Glasgow and beyond, those who perform well now will be the ones shaping and leading that growth not simply following an established path, but helping define it. This is a role for someone who sees genuine value in joining a business early, rather than once its structure is already fixed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
