WE ARE HIRING: Sales & Marketing Associate (Global Business) in London!

"Design should always be centered around people." Guided by this philosophy, Taiju Yamashita—founder of DRAFT and an internationally acclaimed Japanese architect and designer—is redefining spatial environments on a global scale. From iconic urban developments like "Mikan Shimokitazawa" to major accolades such as the SBID International Design Awards Asia Winner (2023), Yamashita's narrative continues to captivate the design world. Most recently, at Milan Design Week 2026, his product brand DAFT about DRAFT drew significant attention with the experiential site-specific installation "LAST SAMPLE" at the historic Teatro Gerolamo. As part of our rapid global expansion, we have recently established our UK subsidiary in London. Now, we are seeking a foundational team member to bring Yamashita’s unique design vision and product ecosystem to the UK and broader European markets. This is not merely a marketing role. We are looking for a true "business builder"—an entrepreneurial mind who can build strong networks with local developers, real estate investors, and hospitality operators to turn opportunities into iconic project wins.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
