Role Description
This Part-time Sales / Marketing Associate role is a remote, contract position supporting Tech Child’s growth and outreach efforts. The associate will conduct market research, identify potential customer segments, and help build a pipeline of leads for Tech Child’s online programs. Day-to-day activities include handling inbound and outbound communications, presenting program offerings to prospective customers, and supporting sales conversions. The role also involves assisting with marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely project execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their schedule, and meeting clearly defined sales and marketing goals.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales, including lead generation, follow-up, and converting prospects.
- Foundational Marketing skills, such as supporting campaigns, social media outreach, and promotion of programs.
- Basic Project Management skills to organize tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Comfort working in a remote, contract, part-time role with minimal supervision.
- Interest in education technology and empowering children with digital skills.
- Experience in EdTech, education, or child-focused services is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, online collaboration platforms, and productivity software is an advantage.
