Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

📍 Location: Newry HQ | Hybrid | Some Travel

Package: Competitive + Growth Opportunity + Front-row seat to a global Irish whiskey brand

THE BRAND: TWO STACKS IRISH WHISKEY

Two Stacks is a top-tier independent bottler, whiskey bonder and blender, and a loud disruptor in a traditional category.

We’ve been named the World’s Best Indie Bottler three years running, built on transparency, innovation, and doing things differently (yes, we’re the ones who put premium whiskey in a can).

From our base in Newry, we now operate in 35+ countries, and we’re only getting started.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to support our growing commercial team.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, perfect for someone who wants to work in an exciting industry, brand building, and across global markets.

You’ll work closely with the Global Commercial Lead and Founders to help bring the Two Stacks story to life across trade, digital and consumer touchpoints.

THE MISSION

You’ll be the engine behind the scenes, helping us move faster, show up better and execute at a high level globally.

  • Trade Shows & Events
    • Support the planning and execution of key trade shows, tastings and brand activations.
  • E-Commerce Support
    • Help manage webshop updates, product launches and online campaigns.
  • Social & Content
    • Assist with day-to-day social media, content coordination and campaign rollouts.
  • Sales Support
    • Work with distributors and the internal team on decks, presentations and key account materials.
  • Brand Execution
    • Ensure consistency across POS, merch and market activations.
  • General Hustle
    • This is a growing brand, no two days are the same.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
