Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator
📍 Location: Newry HQ | Hybrid | Some Travel

From our base in Newry, we now operate in 35+ countries, and we’re only getting started.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to support our growing commercial team.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, perfect for someone who wants to work in an exciting industry, brand building, and across global markets.
You’ll work closely with the Global Commercial Lead and Founders to help bring the Two Stacks story to life across trade, digital and consumer touchpoints.
THE MISSION
You’ll be the engine behind the scenes, helping us move faster, show up better and execute at a high level globally.
- Trade Shows & Events
- Support the planning and execution of key trade shows, tastings and brand activations.
- E-Commerce Support
- Help manage webshop updates, product launches and online campaigns.
- Social & Content
- Assist with day-to-day social media, content coordination and campaign rollouts.
- Sales Support
- Work with distributors and the internal team on decks, presentations and key account materials.
- Brand Execution
- Ensure consistency across POS, merch and market activations.
- General Hustle
- This is a growing brand, no two days are the same.

THE PROFILE
We’re looking for someone hungry, organised and ready to get stuck in.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, content trends, basic tools)
- Comfortable working across multiple projects at once
- A positive, can-do attitude, no task too big or too small
- Interest in drinks, branding or startups is a big plus
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Shopify / e-commerce platforms
- Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe)
- Events or hospitality experience
- Passion for whiskey or premium brands
