Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Summary

Provide daily support for marketing in one or more of the following areas: marketing administration, communications/collateral, advertising, events, purchase order processing, billing, and CRM maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of marketing projects related to product marketing, marketing communication, advertising, promotion, or marketing collateral.
• Track, assess, and distribute marketing collateral.
• Maintain department files, logs, records of events, and activities.
• Update content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
• Support in the production of the monthly employee newsletter.
• Generate department reports and track programs data as required.
• Support marketing events and trade shows, assisting in the preparation of collateral as well as pre- and post-event engagement.
• Coordination with external vendors and agencies for creative production, printing, and distribution. May research tradeshow venues.
• Coordinate collateral creation such as digital research, design banners, backdrops, digital signage, website landing, and email campaigns (pre & post).
• Assist with quote generation for partners and customers, ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Manage automated quote generation (tracking and actioning quote requests).
• Purchase order (PO) processing - Process incoming POs from customers and partners. Generate and distribute Invoices, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and customer agreements.
• Payment reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking of incoming payments and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Support CRM and sales systems maintenance, contributing to data accuracy and process improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
