The Austin Company is a multidisciplinary, design and construction management company, primarily focused on the design and construction of complex scientific, research and manufacturing facilities. Clients include Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology Production and Research Companies, Government Research Agencies, Universities, and firms within the Manufacturing and Process Industries. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities. Recent graduates in Sales, Marketing or related subject are encouraged to apply, as well as candidates with relevant and more extensive experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing teams with the production of high-quality bids, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. The role combines proofreading, document formatting, artwork, and print production to ensure all client-facing documents are accurate, professional, and brand-compliant.

Key Responsibilities
Bid & Document Support
- Support the sales team with the preparation, formatting, and submission of bids, proposals, and presentations.
- Proofread and quality-check documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, consistency, and clarity.
- Ensure all documents adhere to company templates, branding, and formatting standards.
- Manage document version control and conduct final reviews before submission.

Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing and engineering teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral with attention to detail.
- Strong proofreading, editing, and document formatting skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience supporting bid, report, proposal, or other document production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Understanding of print production processes and importance of following the brand guidelines.
