Sales & Marketing Director
Drive Performance. Build Capability. Shape the Future of Hospitality.
Location: Flexible across the UK, with regular travel across the portfolio, including our growing European operations.
The Opportunity
LGH Hotels Management is one of the UK's leading hotel management companies, operating a diverse portfolio of branded and independent hotels across the country and, increasingly, Europe. From internationally recognised brands to unique destination properties, our hotels are united by a single goal: delivering exceptional guest experiences alongside outstanding commercial performance.
We are looking for a driven, commercially astute Sales & Marketing Director to lead the performance of our entire hotel portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced sales professional who combines commercial rigour with genuine curiosity about what's next — someone who is forward-thinking, comfortable challenging convention, and ready to embed AI-driven tools and insight into how we sell, market and grow.
You'll lead our sales and marketing function across multiple brands and regions, setting commercial strategy, driving revenue performance and building a culture of excellence throughout our sales teams. Working closely with hotel General Managers, Regional Managers, Revenue teams and senior stakeholders, you will ensure every hotel has the strategy, capability and support it needs to reach its full potential — and you'll play a direct role in shaping LGH's expansion into Europe as we grow our portfolio through acquisition.
If you're a commercially driven leader who thrives on developing people as much as delivering results — and who sees technology and AI as tools to sharpen decision-making rather than threats to it — we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
