Job Description
You will lead the commercial and marketing function for a high-growth sustainability startup. This hybrid role balances proactive B2B business development with creative brand building. You’ll own the narrative for a patented, science-backed product that is already trusted by blue-chip clients like Amazon and the NHS, driving expansion into a massive untapped market.

What You Will Do

- Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach and CRM lead management to closing deals and expanding existing key accounts.

- 3-5+ years of B2B sales and marketing experience with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets and opening new verticals.
