The group operates two agency brands, Accuracast and OUT loud. You will work on marketing and sales for both brands.
Accuracast is an international digital marketing agency that helps ambitious brands accelerate growth internationally. Accuracast's client portfolio includes well-known organizations such as PwC, Penguin Random House, WTW, Club Med, AXA, and UFC.
OUT loud is a specialist agency helping brands connect to LGBTQ+ audiences. OUT loud's clients include brands like Grindr, Pure For Men, and Outright International.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Sales & Marketing Executive role is a full-time, office-based position in Camden Town and Kings Cross, London, UK. In this role, the individual will support the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities for Accuracast and OUT loud. Responsibilities will include creating lead generation campaigns and cold calling prospects to feed the sales pipeline, setting appointments, developing and presenting proposals, nurturing leads, and supporting senior management to close new business sales.

Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor research, assisting in campaign planning, coordinating digital marketing initiatives, tracking performance against targets, cold calling a fixed number of prospects, and maintaining the CRM data. The role also involves creating clear, professional communications, preparing sales materials and reports, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
OUTCOMES
- Month 1 onwards: Acquire at least 40 qualified leads*. 3 qualified pitches, with a total pipeline value of at least £30k.
- Month 2 onwards: Convert at least 1 lead into a client with minimum income of £10k. Acquire at least 40 more qualified leads. 10 qualified pitches, with a total pipeline value of at least £100k.
- Month 3 onwards: Convert at least 1 more lead into a new client with minimum income of £10k, of which at least £3k should be monthly retainer income.
- Month 4 onwards: Convert at least 1 more new client with minimum income of £10k, in addition to retained clients from previous months.
Leads will not be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. You should be confident with building new client relationships and nurturing existing ones. You should have evidence of strong business development skills and possess good negotiation skills.
- Have 1-3 years sales or marketing experience ideally in a marketing agency
- Experience running ad campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms
- Good understanding of organic SEO and social media community management
- Business development experience selling services to large enterprise and/or LGBT businesses.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Be extremely articulate and fluent in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- You must be very comfortable working under pressure to meet and exceed set targets
- Able to acquire and nurture new leads
- Be motivated and able to work on your own and in a team
- Have a UK or EU passport or right to work full time in the UK
Job Location
Work is mainly done from our offices in Camden Town and occasionally the office in Kings Cross, London. You will need to travel in and around London very regularly to attend events, so we are looking for candidates within easy commuting distance only.
