The Role

The Sales & Marketing Executive supports the smooth day-to-day running of the Sushi Kiosk business across the UK, EU, and US markets. The role provides essential administrative and coordination support across sales, marketing, and commercial activity, ensuring key processes are managed effectively and consistently.

The position is responsible for supporting forecasting, new product development planning, promotional administration, customer and franchisee activity coordination, and the management of marketing assets. Working closely with commercial, marketing, operations, and finance teams, the role helps maintain efficient business operations, supports customer requirements, and contributes to the successful delivery of commercial and brand initiatives across multiple markets.

This role plays an important part in ensuring business activities are delivered accurately on time and in line with agreed plans, supporting the continued growth and development of the Sushi Kiosk brand and its commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Lead customer forecasting and promotional execution for UK OOH, EU Sushi Kiosk, and US partners to ensure delivery against targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, requests, and ongoing account management.
  • Create great internal relationships across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the smooth running of the total business.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and delivery across all touchpoints.
  • There may also be travel to EU to deliver samples to prospecting customers.

Trade Marketing & Activation

  • Own the planning and execution of customer and franchisee activation programs that drive growth for Sushi Kiosk and Little Moons.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Managers to create best-in-class activations that delight consumers and strengthen franchisee partnerships.
  • Identify key cultural, seasonal, and shopper opportunities to maximize sushi sales and brand visibility.
  • Deliver impactful launch, promotional, and engagement campaigns that drive measurable commercial results.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize activity to improve sales and ROI.
  • Ensure flawless execution of all activity, delivering on time, on budget, and in line with brand standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience with administration and coordination ideally within FMCG or Entrepreneurial businesses with great attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercially minded, with a track record of identifying and delivering growth opportunities.
  • Experience planning and executing customer activations, promotions, or marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities at pace.
