Role Description
The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Sage’s offline marketing services.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Developing sales proposals
- Presenting campaign concepts
- Coordinating with internal teams to plan and deliver event and experiential marketing activities
- Tracking performance against sales targets

The individual will conduct market analysis to understand client needs, support the creation of tailored marketing strategies, and represent the agency at client meetings, events, and community initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective offline campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to present solutions, negotiate agreements, and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in event marketing, experiential campaigns, or community engagement is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a pipeline of prospects and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in campaign execution.
- Comfort working on-site in Birmingham and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
