About High-Tech IT Ltd
High-Tech IT Ltd is a UK-based specialist IT consultancy providing managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and healthcare imaging technology. We work with private healthcare organisations, delivering enterprise infrastructure and diagnostic imaging solutions.
As we expand our Philips PACS business across the UK, we are looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and develop new opportunities within the healthcare imaging sector.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare providers while promoting Philips PACS solutions and related professional services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and working closely with our technical and project teams to deliver successful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK healthcare market.
- Promote Philips PACS solutions and associated implementation, hosting, and managed services.
- Build strong relationships with private hospitals, diagnostic imaging providers, and Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs).
- Generate qualified leads through networking, marketing campaigns, industry events, and customer referrals.
- Arrange customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender responses in collaboration with technical teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Work with marketing to develop campaigns, case studies, website content, and social media activity.
- Represent High-Tech IT at exhibitions, conferences, and healthcare industry events.
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing role.
- Experience selling healthcare IT, PACS, RIS, medical imaging, or other healthcare technology solutions.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable Experience
Experience with one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Philips PACS
- PACS or RIS solutions
- DICOM and HL7
- Healthcare imaging workflows
- NHS procurement and tender processes
- Managed IT services or cloud hosting
- CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics
