Sales & Marketing Executive
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to take ownership of the company’s marketing activity, online presence and business development initiatives.
This is a varied and hands-on role combining marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation, customer engagement and sales support. The successful candidate will have a strong marketing background, with the commercial awareness and creativity to develop and deliver campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate new opportunities and support the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and day-to-day marketing activity.
- Develop and deliver targeted B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including LinkedIn, social media channels and website content.
- Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, case studies, presentations and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all marketing channels.
- Research market trends, competitors and industry opportunities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Plan, manage and measure marketing campaigns from initial concept through to delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, website activity, engagement and lead-generation results.
- Coordinate external marketing support, including designers, agencies and suppliers where required.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through marketing campaigns, networking and proactive outreach.
- Research potential customers, sectors and markets to support business development.
- Generate, qualify and follow up leads through to sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions and activity.
- Support sales activity through presentations, proposals, marketing materials and commercial information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects and internal teams.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or commercial environment.
- Strong experience planning, delivering and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation.
- Experience managing company websites and online platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business results.
- Experience generating leads and supporting business development activity.
- Confident engaging with customers, prospects and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using CRM, email marketing or marketing automation platforms.
- Creative and proactive, with the confidence to develop and implement new ideas.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
Salary
£40,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The role offers the opportunity to shape the company’s marketing strategy, develop its digital presence, generate new business opportunities and work closely with senior management to deliver tangible commercial results.
