The Opportunity

Greenheart is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of two years of experience to help power the organisation's next phase of growth.
This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role where the successful candidate will work directly alongside the Head of Growth and the Founder. Beyond executing daily tasks, the candidate will actively participate in shaping, scaling, and maturing Greenheart's internal sales and marketing function. This position offers an ideal platform for a proactive ‘doer’ who thrives on multitasking and possesses strong commercial curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support

  • Commercial Operations: Assist with scoping projects, drafting client briefs, calculating pricing, drafting proposals, and managing commercial administration and senior leadership diaries.
  • Account Planning: Support bi-annual account planning processes to identify expansion and renewal opportunities across the client base.
  • CRM Management: Maintain exemplary HubSpot hygiene, deal tracking, and commercial pipeline reporting.

Marketing & Communications Execution

  • Content & Social: Proofread outbound client materials and thought-leadership content, while managing day-to-day posts across primary social channels.
  • Email & Automations: Build, launch, and optimise marketing email sequences and campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Event Comms & Admin: Lead administrative setup, invitation logistics, attendee management, and promotional communications for Greenheart events and webinars.
  • Marketing Reporting: Track campaign performance, lead engagement, and marketing KPIs inside HubSpot to inform the overall growth strategy.

Skills & Attributes Required

  • Growth Mindset: Naturally inquisitive, adaptable, and eager to continuously expand skill sets; views challenges as learning opportunities and embraces feedback to drive personal and professional development.
  • HubSpot Proficient: Hands-on expertise using HubSpot CRM (marketing automation, deal pipelines, reporting dashboards, email setup, and contact management).
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working within a commercial, agency, or consultative B2B sales/marketing function.
  • High-Energy 'Doer': An agile multitasker who takes initiative, moves fast, and takes ownership of driving projects to completion.
  • High Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and administrative accuracy with a commitment to high-quality output.
  • Willingness to Learn & Be Led: Open to coaching, feedback, and mentored growth under senior leadership.
  • Commercial Curiosity: A keen interest in understanding business models, client drivers, and the factors driving successful, impact-led growth.
