We are looking for a customer-focused sales professional with experience in the Automotive Aftermarket to support business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sales and marketing initiatives across assigned accounts. In this role, you will combine technical product knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills to deliver tailored solutions, support customers, and contribute to MAHLE’s continued market success.
Your Contribution
- Support sales and marketing activities for assigned customers and buying groups, helping to achieve sales targets, strengthen customer relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, supporting account development, business growth, and the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Assist with commercial activities including pricing support, sales reporting, forecasting, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Provide technical product support, training, and guidance to customers while promoting MAHLE products, services, and range extensions.
- Coordinate and support marketing initiatives, including customer events, trade days, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on customer complaints, quality issues, stock management activities, and payment recovery to ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and visit plans, and contribute to continuous business growth through account retention and acquisition activities.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within the Automotive Aftermarket environment, ideally in a sales, marketing, or technical support role with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience supporting technical sales activities, customer relationship management, and commercial initiatives.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and business development principles.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, a flexible approach, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent); technical or engineering qualifications related to motor vehicle technology are advantageous. A full, clean driving licence is required.
