About MIM
MIM is a growing but established engineering company with over 30 years experience delivering mechanical installation, fabrication and specialist engineering services across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Working across sectors including Data Centres, Power Generation, Pharmaceutical and Semiconductor, we are continuing to expand our capabilities and presence across key markets.
As part of this continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing Graduate to join our team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to develop a career across both marketing and business development within the engineering industry.
Initially, the role will focus on developing MIM’s brand presence, creating high-quality content and supporting our sales activities. As your knowledge of the business and industry develops, you will have the opportunity to become increasingly involved in business development, customer relationships and new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop MIM’s social media presence, particularly LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content showcasing our projects, capabilities and people.
- Assist with photography and video content from our facilities and project sites.
- Maintain and develop company marketing materials, presentations and capability documents.
- Support updates and improvements to the MIM website.
- Develop project case studies for completed and ongoing works.
- Research potential customers, projects and new market opportunities.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Maintain customer and prospect information.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and sales enquiries.
- Support recruitment and employer-branding campaigns.
- Work closely with management and project teams to identify content and business-development opportunities.
- Help maintain consistent MIM branding across all company communications.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Creative and comfortable producing professional digital content.
- Commercially minded with an interest in sales and business development.
- Organised and able to manage multiple activities.
- Comfortable using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Interested in learning about the engineering and construction industries.
- Proactive and willing to bring new ideas to the business.
- Comfortable occasionally travelling to project locations across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
